Jürgen Kaiser has more than 20 years of leadership experience as managing director and CFO of international companies. In 2013, a multi-year project led him to South Korea, where he set up the PPP division at SAMSUNG C&T.

Since his return to Austria, he has implemented several successful restructurings, reorganisations (judical and extrajudical), as well as M&A and PPP projects in the role of interim managing director and/or Interim-CFO.

Jürgen Kaiser has acquired an outstanding international network from these numerous projects, is a member of various trade associations and holds various certifications in the areas of corporate finance, controlling and risk management as well as restructuring and reorganisation.

Furthermore he is a trained Systemic Business Coach.​​

In 2020, Jürgen Kaiser was named Interim Manager of the year by the umbrella organisation Austria Interim Management.

​

 He was also honoured with 1st place in the "Management Consulting" category of the Constantinus Award 2020. 

​

In 2021, the company was honoured as Austria's national winner of the Constantinus International Award.

​

In autumn 2021, Jürgen Kaiser was recognised by UNITEDINTERIM as one of the TOP 15 Interim manager in the DACH region in a supplement to manager magazin 10/2021.

​

In spring 2022, he was nominated Expert of the Year (Interim management) by the Augsburg Steinbeis Business School.

​

In autumn 2022, an advertorial about 10 TOP Interim managers was published in the German Capital magazine by UNITED INTERIM, where Jürgen Kaiser was also featured.

In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, Jürgen Kaiser is one of several experts for the #lernenausderkrise initiative and co-author of the book of the same name.

In spring 2024, eleven interim managers, including Jürgen Kaiser, jointly wrote a book on their experiences and insights into the application of artificial intelligence (AI).

​

This was followed in the same year by an award from the Bundesvereinigung Mittelstand (BVMID) in Germany as Top Interim Manager. 

​

In the German Finance Magazin (May 2024 issue), Jürgen Kaiser from the Manhattan Media Group was named in an advertorial as one of 7 interim managers who have helped to "significantly revolutionise their industry".
